Loss Of Focus

Loss of focus is the inability to pay attention or concentrate on a task. Loss of focus is a common symptom of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD. Loss of focus may also be called inattention, and is a classic sign of inattentive-type ADHD. Loss of focus may be characterized by difficulty paying attention in school or doing homework, reading a book, or doing a task at home such as cleaning a bedroom or putting away clothes. People experiencing loss of focus may be easily distracted and forget what they were doing. Medications and therapy to manage ADHD can also help to treat loss of focus and improve focus.
