As I mentioned, I love to get out for a walk everyday, but in the last couple of months after I walk for about 7 min. my right lower leg goes into a cramp or something. Feels like a cramp or charley horse. Lately it feels like my foot is kind of numb as well. IF I stop and rest for a min. or so, it goes away. Never had anything like that in my life. What is that ablut??1/7/2013 at 05:47 AM
