I have been on Amitriptyline for approx 2 years now. I started off at 20mg but now on 60mg. I'm not really sure that this has a real affect on the Fibro. It's causing me a very dry mouth, which makes my tongue and gums extremely sore. It's also causing me to have tooth decay as my mouth is constantly dry. I still use it but am seriously thinking of discontinuing. I would not recommend this to a friend.1/17/2012 at 06:54 PM
