This stuff smells nice, it's somewhat expensive, but it's a great moisturizer and it lessens the symptoms of plaque psoriasis (scaling, redness, itching). It's not a cure, but due to it's thick paste-like consistency it's a very powerful moisturizer - more so than any lotion. It's somewhat greasy once applied, but not nearly as much as an ointment like vasoline. For me, it's the over the counter moisturizer of choice for plaque psoriasis. 2/23/2010 at 12:59 PM
