I had gained a lot of weight on insulin so I was on the high carb. ADA diet. I finally cut almost all carbs and lost about 60 pounds. It wasn't until I got real picky and completely cut out every speck of wheat that I lost another 25 pounds. I still have 20 pounds to go.12/24/2011 at 12:29 PM
