I had mine every 2 weeks over 2 months,them every 2 - 3 weeks over next 3 months,helps ease stiffness in the shoulders, back & all over the body increases mobility & reduces stress in the body. It helps reduce & maintain the condition.5/2/2010 at 08:25 PM
