Xyzal is an antihistamine commonly known as Levocetirizine. It is a tablet used to relieve symptoms caused by hay fever, seasonal allergies, and other allergies such as mold, animal dander, and dust mites. Xyzal helps relieve hives, a runny nose, sneezing, redness, itching, and tearing of the eyes. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic reactions.
