Osteoporosis is a condition in which the bones become thin and weak and break easily. Reclast is a bisphosphonate that works by binding to cells in bones and slowing down the rate at which they break down. Reclast also works to help improve bone density. Reclast is also used to treat Paget’s disease of bone which is a condition that the bones are soft and weak and may be deformed, painful, or easily broken.
